Turbochargers

John Deere turbochargers give the extra power, fuel economy, and lugging capabilities required in certain engine applications.  They are precision manufactured and matched exactly to engine characteristics for top performance.  With operating temperatures as high as 1,200°F and operating speeds exceeding 100,000 rpm; very precise tolerances are held to assure safe, reliable performance.

When it is time to replace a turbocharger, you want to be confident the replacement can meet the demands of your application.  John Deere remanufactured turbochargers are designed for, and matched to, your engine to provide optimum performance.  All components are disassembled, cleaned, and inspected to Deere standards.  Factory technicians install new bearings and seals.  Each rotor assembly is cored balanced at the factory to assure stable rotor dynamics at operating speeds and temperatures.
