Cutterbar parts for 600D dual-drive knife system

With the introduction of the dual-drive cutting system on 600D drapers, different cutterbar parts will be required to service the center overlapping region where the left- and right-hand knife segments cross. Two single point knife guards will also be required on the head end of each knife segment.

AH226928 – Center Section Hold-Down/Guard

Acts as a knife guard and hold-down for the end of the upper left-hand knife segment (in the center overlapping region). Overturned knife sections on the end of upper left-hand knife segment cut against the AH226928 ledger surface. Painted black for standard wear. Each platform uses (2) pieces.

HXE19623 – Center Section Bottom Knife Guard

Knife guard is used underneath AH226928 for the lower right-hand knife segment. Painted green for high-wear. Each platform uses (2) guards.

H228526 – Single Point End Guard

One single point knife guard used at the head end of each knife segment. Painted black for standard wear. Each platform uses (2) end guards.

H226351 – Countersunk Knife Sections

H228135 – Countersunk Bolts

The end of the lower right-hand segment utilizes (3) consecutive H226351 countersunk sections. The end of the upper left-hand segment utilizes (2) overturned countersunk sections next to one another. These special sections are used in the center overlap of the cutting system and work with the H228135 countersunk bolts. The sections and bolts create a flush knife section surface for the overlapping of the left- and right-hand knife segments. Regular 4-inch knife sections and hardware will not work in this overlapping area. (10) H228135 bolts are required to install all countersunk sections.

H225923 – Skid Plate

One skid plate is used on the end of the upper left-hand segment (after the two overturned countersunk sections). Skid plate helps ensure that knife segments remain overlapped. Requires (2) H228135 countersunk bolts for installation.
