Dura-Flex Bearings

John Deere Dura-Flex bearings continue to offer superior quality and consistency that is not matched by aftermarket will-fit bearings. Introduced in 2005, they are used on disk gang assemblies and rolling baskets up to the 2600 series disks.

Dura-Flex Bearing Features

· 2-year warranty

· Utilizes a ball ridging, one piece, molded nylon cage for perfect alignment

· Inner bearing race is thicker resulting in stronger cross section that can stand up to tough loads

· Heavy-duty bearing design makes the ball harder than the rings

· Total clearance between rings and rolling elements for optimal load distribution and free rotation to allow for thermal expansion

· Bearings roll smooth so no premature bearing failure

· Lubrication hole contains a chamfer to ensure proper grease flow

· Recommended grease interval of 50 hours for increased uptime

· Seals are made of a longer length, high quality material with smooth edges providing a tight seal to withstand tough conditions
