TorqMaster clutch

Conventional compression spring friction clutches are obsolete! TorqMaster’s patented system provides greater heat dissipation and gives the clutch up to 10 times longer wear life.

The modular design of clutch packs and interchangeable yokes let you keep your parts inventory at a minimum, while having a replacement clutch for all makes of implement drivelines.

Nearly all constant-velocity drivelines carry a torque-limiting device. Most often it is a friction clutch.

The All Makes Parts TorqMaster clutch is the first aftermarket friction clutch. The All Makes Parts TorqMaster clutch will retrofit nearly all existing clutches currently in the field. Clutches need no longer be considered an “OEM service part.”

The All Makes Parts TorqMaster Program offers the most popular sizes: North American (14 Series through 55 Series) and metric (interchanges with Bondioli and Pavesi 4, 5, 6, and 8 Series and Walterscheid 2300, 2400 and 2500 Series.)

Why is the All Makes Parts TorqMaster clutch superior to other clutches?

Heat is the enemy of the clutch. The TorqMaster clutch’s patented components isolate effectively and dissipate the heat. In tests performed by the manufacturer, the TorqMaster clutch outperformed conventional clutches by 200 to 500 percent.

Conventional clutches utilize coil compression springs. When these springs heat up, they take a set and lose their tension. The TorqMaster clutch’s specially designed spring will not take a set.

Features

The patented free motion feature of the clutch allows the operator to freely rotate the driveline up to 60 degrees to line up the splines for tractor hook-up. The patented Auto-Lok feature locks the collar into place, allowing the operator to use both hands to hook up to the gearbox.

The TorqMaster clutch can be completely disassembled and reassembled with a 1/2-in. wrench. (This is your “service kit” – no other tools are required.)

The only replaceable part is the friction discs. There is a visual indicator on the clutch that shows when it’s time to replace the discs. When the window tab nears the outer housing, it’s time to replace the friction discs.

The clutch made by assembling a yoke and hub to a clutch pack. All clutch packs (both 5-in. and 7-in.) have the same bolt pattern as the yoke and hub configurations for non-metric and metric drivelines. This allows you to “mix-n-match” packs and yokes.

Because conventional OEM clutches are one-piece construction, the clutch is dedicated to a specific series and specific torque capacity.

With the modular feature of the TorqMaster clutch, your inventory dollars are reduced and your ability to fill a variety of applications is increased.

Selecting the correct clutch pack for a specific implement is simple and easy.

1. Identify the series of driveline with the Transparency Identification System.

2. Determine the type of implement – rotary cutter, mower conditioner, round baler, etc.
